2021

Where it began.

Non-voice process associate at Cognizant — claims processing and a front-row view of how businesses really run.

The pivot.

I left operations behind and walked into my first tech role as a frontend intern.

Joined Datalligence.AI. Learned what breaks at scale — and how to make it secure.

Ownership.
